SAP Solutions Architect

Description: Our client is currently seeking a SAP Solutions Architect for a permanent/direct hire position.

This role is based out of Malvern, PA on a hybrid basis, but will require extensive travel to sites within the US.

Responsibilities:

• Exhibit a profound knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with third-party System Integrator Project Managers to guarantee the punctual delivery of project outcomes.
• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams, including technical staff and external consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor risks diligently, ensuring accountability, and actively engage in mitigation strategies.
• Prioritize tasks efficiently, engage stakeholders proactively, and conduct thorough reviews of design work products.
• Maintain comprehensive tracking and reporting on the ERP program's progress, focusing on deliverable completion, milestone achievement, budget adherence, and integration of business feedback.
• Oversee strategic communications and provide regular updates on the ERP Project's status to all organizational levels, fostering impactful messaging both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in managing intricate ERP migration projects, preferably with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA.
• PMP Certification is desirable.
• Demonstrated success in multiple end-to-end ERP implementations.
• A proven history of effective collaboration with third-party project managers and key ERP solution providers.
  
• A solid understanding of process improvement, transformation strategies, change management, and technology transformation.
