Senior Clinical Data Scientist

As the Senior Clinical Data Scientist, you will partner with a broad range of stakeholders across the organization. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data that will drive critical growth decisions and positive outcomes.

What you'll do
Define and demonstrate clinical, operational and financial excellence of Best Buy Health products and servicesLead collaborative relationships with external partners and conduct analyses to produce peer-reviewed scientific evidence about the economic value and return on investment for care at home programsIdentify data sources, gaps in data, and metrics of value, considerations for preprocessing data, and potential internal improvementsMaintain industry knowledge to support Best Buy Health as a subject matter expert and ensure we are considering the latest trends in data and clinical research (e.g. experimental design, HEOR methodologies)Contribute and demonstrate knowledge of 'bread and butter' data science techniques within, and outside of, the team

Basic qualifications Master's Degree in health economics, health service research, data science, epidemiology, public health or a closely related field5+ years conducting comprehensive data analysis and research studies3+ years of relevant experience within a healthcare / health technology settingPublication track record in clinical field
Preferred qualifications PhD5+ years of experience leading data science strategy in a healthcare or health technology setting3+ years of health economics and outcomes research experienceStrong relationship-building skillsStrong communication skills, including executive presence
