Job Title: Senior Delivery Lead
Company Name: First Citizens Bank
Interview Process: 2-3 rounds
Job Duration: 6-month contract with potential FTE conversion
Location: Hybrid. Must be able to go onsite as needed to one of core locations in Raleigh NC, Morristown NJ, Phoenix, AZ or Santa Clara, CA.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager within a financial institution
• Technical background, need an understanding of development
• Strong Communication skills and ability to present to key stakeholders
• Fraud Enterprise domain knowledge
• Must have experience managing large programs with multiple workstreams

Project Details:

• This position is responsible for projects of a substantial scope and influence to enhance the Bank's technological capabilities.
• Leverage in depth business and technical knowledge to manage the execution and administration of project life cycle including planning, scope definition, design, and delivery.
• Recognize and drive organizational transformations outside of projects.
• Directs both technical and non-technical aspects with an advanced understanding of project management approaches.
• Tracks and reports progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators to analyze strategic impact of project activities.
• Coordinates activities of IT teams with other lines of business to achieve project goals.
