RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a fully remote Senior Java Developer to join their team. There is a small UI (React) and 13 backend services that connect to a bunch of different data sources to pull all the necessary data. There will be a major focus on Java 17/21, Springboot and deploying to GCP. There will also be some coding in React. Additionally, there will be a focus on testing as well as CI/CD, GitHub Actions etc. The Senior Java Developer should work in a well balanced team (8 engineers, 1 SRE, 1 Product and 1 UX), and really foster new ideas and collaboration so communication skills are very important.REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience
- Expert in Java (they are on version 17/21+)
- Proficient in Springboot
- Experience in Cloud (GCP preferred along with Kubernetes)
- Experience in React
- Experience in unit testing
- Strong communication, ability to take ownership, team player
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
