POSITION SUMMARY
As a Sr. Manager of Field and Corporate Events, Americas you will be a key leader in driving the success of events and activities with the primary goal of pipeline generation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to execute on the event marketing plan, and work to ensure proper allocation of resources and funding. You will manage events of all types (field, corporate, FED/SLED, channel), traveling to events when needed to coordinate larger onsite teams. Your role will be essential in achieving marketing goals, with proper reporting and communication of results being crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
• Event Management: Ownership of events from start to finish, including budget tracking and management, working with department leaders to determine onsite roles and responsibilities, developing and communicating project timelines to all relevant parties, execution of onsite plan, and reporting of all results in a timely manner.

• Sales Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sales leaders to produce marketing initiatives that closely align with sales objectives, and hold sales accountable to delivering results where appropriate.

• ROI Tracking: Establish KPIs, analyze results, and clearly document reasons for success or lack thereof. Capture and track marketing budget costs along with overall company costs, mapping results to planned goals and metrics and reporting back reasons for success or lack thereof. Finally, clearly communicating all results and activities from the event.

Minimum Requirements:
• Experience Level: 7+ years of relevant experience in Field Marketing, with at least 3 years at a manager level in either field and/or corporate events.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience with large enterprise SaaS technology products, cybersecurity experience highly preferred.
• Experience: Proven track record in accelerating sales pipeline through regional marketing. Must have worked with sales teams of at least 5 AEs or greater.
• Experience: Must have experience handling large event activations for companies at 20,000+ capacity tradeshows (
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Organization: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Location: Must be located within the Central or Eastern US Time Zones
• Travel: Willingness to travel as needed, up to 30% of the time.
