As the Senior Manager of Partnerships for Consumer Products, you will shape and drive our consumer product business by enabling impactful strategic partnerships for our Stelo product line. Collaborating with product management, corporate development, marketing, operations, R&D, and other stakeholders, you will ensure partnership initiatives drive strategic value and revenue growth, advancing Dexcom's consumer product goals. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships for Consumer Products, you will be responsible for end-to-end partnership development. You will create materials for executive meetings, resolve conflicting positions, and collaborate across the organization and with external partners to manage a portfolio of partnership initiatives.

Where you come in:

You will...

  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to maximize value for Dexcom and its partners.
  • Help identify and evaluate partnership opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Drive integration of partnership initiatives into broader strategies with product management, operations, channel and marketing.
  • Build business cases and frameworks to evaluate, prioritize, and pursue partnership opportunities.
  • Champion each partnership through the commercial lifestyle, working with cross-functional partners to source, negotiate, implement, launch, and manage ongoing optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure alignment and effective collaboration and act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners for seamless integration of initiatives.
  • Lead all aspects of and are responsible for partnership performance, supervising meaningful metrics, providing insights, and taking action to optimize outcomes.

What makes you successful:

You...
  • Have experience in business development or strategic partnerships, ideally within consumer health technology or mid-to-large consumer tech companies. Focus on data-enabled products delivering insights to customers is a plus.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage the full lifecycle of partnerships, from strategy and negotiation to execution and performance monitoring.
  • Possess strong financial competence, including the ability to assess financial health, develop business cases, and evaluate partner performance.
  • Have a consistent track record of collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and corporate development teams.
  • Are a skilled communicator with experience handling external relationships.
  • Hold an MBA or advanced degree (preferred).

Experience and Education Requirement:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree maybe expected with 6 years of related experience.

Travel Required:
  • 15-25%
  • This position is remote and requires occasional travel to our San Diego offices, conferences, and other venues, potentially up to 25% of the time.

Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.

Salary:
$141,800.00 - $236,400.00
