Senior Program Manager - Finance

Position Summary

The successful candidate will be the key leader, responsible for operational and strategic project management for Global ICU Finance & Accounting. This position serves as a strategic business partner to the finance and controllership teams, working to deliver solutions that enable the production of close analysis, forecasts, plans and management reporting. This position also serves as a key project lead partnering and collaborating closely with various business partners on Finance and Accounting oriented initiatives and Corporate IT. This role is also responsible for identifying ways to make processes more efficient, offering continuous improvement recommendations and creating and delivering training to the finance teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead key finance and accounting projects related to integration of the businesses, technology solutions and other projects to ensure on time completion within budget and meeting business requirements.

• Key relationship leader on reporting needs for Corporate Tax, Treasury, Legal, Business Development, Internal/External Audit, Corporate FP&A, Accounting Shared Service centers, and Technical Accounting

• Liaison between Finance & IT to ensure business process alignment and priorities

• Responsible for next phases of OneStream implementation including transaction matching, account reconciliations, sunsetting legacy systems, tax reporting capabilities and other system enhancements

• Engage with stakeholders and provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and opportunities. Guide teams to find solutions when faced with roadblocks or issues.

• Drive continuous improvement on existing technology platforms to improve user experience, scalability, security, and quality.

Knowledge & Skills

• Experience leading system assessments and implementations, including project management, issue management, communications, and change management.

• Established experience in financial operations, financial controls, GAAP accounting, and financial reporting. Knowledge of financial consolidation, eliminations, and reporting for monthly and quarter closes and knowledge of finance processes (Order to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay ), and best practices.

• Experience in OneStream & Oracle ERP

• Strong communication, collaboration, and business stakeholder management skills.

• Passion, and a proven track record, for delivering technology solutions that meet requirements of the business.

• Team player with high accountability and a "get things done" attitude.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to succinctly convey relevant information across multiple levels of the organization and confidently project a professional image that cultivates relationship building and collaboration

Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required

• Minimum of 7-10 years management experience in finance or accounting with a large, complex, multinational organization

Work Environment

• This is largely a sedentary role.

• This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

• Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time

Salary Range- $138,400 - $185,975

The salary range displayed represents the annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The actual salary may vary [differ] based upon various factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, licensure/certifications, and geographic location.
