Come join our dynamic team in Nashua, NH, as we seek a dedicated Senior Purchasing professional to take on a key role in our operations. As a Senior Purchasing Specialist, you'll work closely with managers and supervisors to ensure our production demands are met with precision and efficiency.



Position Summary:

The primary goal of this role is to work closely with managers and supervisors to ensure the timely acquisition of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.



SALARY: $75,000 - $85,000/annually

LOCATION: Nashua, NH (on-site)

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM



WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Ensure timely availability of materials by coordinating with Scheduler, Managers, and Supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate communication with Sales and Production Teams for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Oversee inventory processes, invoice reconciliation, and vendor relationship management.
  • Manage roll truck scheduling and balance manufacturing needs with cash flow and space.
  • Ensure ISO compliance and monitor supplier performance for annual ratings.
  • Negotiate with vendors to optimize purchasing decisions and resolve quality issues.
  • Prepare and present cost analysis reports to senior management and handle related administrative tasks.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • 4+ years in a related purchasing role preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and database tools.
  • Effective team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
