Baer is looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant for a 6+ month remote project.

Title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant
Location: Remote w/ some onsite (Must be based in US)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: C2C

Description:

  • Lead or support the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) module, ensuring it is customized to meet organizational needs
  • Configure job requisitions, candidate profiles, job offer templates, and workflows in accordance with business requirements.
  • Integrate the RCM module with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Onboarding) and external systems (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS).
  • Ensure a smooth transition during system upgrades, configuration changes, and data migration.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design, optimize, and implement recruitment processes aligned with company talent acquisition strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system enhancements to increase efficiency and improve user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with both local and global recruiting standards, as well as data privacy and security regulations.
  • Provide expert-level technical support for all aspects of the RCM module, identifying issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot system performance issues and collaborate with SAP support when necessary to resolve technical challenges.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure minimal downtime and maximum user productivity.
  • Assist with developing and delivering training programs for HR staff, using a train-the-trainer approach to ensure successful system adoption.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, process workflows, and training materials, ensuring that all resources are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Generate and analyze key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline status.
  • Utilize SuccessFactors reporting tools to monitor KPIs and deliver insights to HR leadership on recruitment trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with HR leadership to optimize recruitment strategies based on analytical insights.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all RCM-related queries, working closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to address business requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to ensure that RCM functionalities are continuously refined and enhanced.
  • Facilitate communication between recruitment teams and technical teams to ensure alignment and drive improvements in recruitment processes and system functionality.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically the Recruitment Management (RCM) module.
  • Proven expertise in configuring and managing RCM workflows, job requisitions, candidate profiles, and job offer templates.
  • At least 5 years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors within the public sector is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors RCM and related SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Recruitment Marketing, Onboarding).
  • Solid understanding of system integration techniques within SuccessFactors and with third-party systems (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS).
  • Experience with system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and optimizing platform performance.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification.
