RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager in Ogden, UT.Duties Include:
  • Establish and maintain effective communication, coordination, and working relationships with project resources and staff
  • Ensure assigned projects progress successfully within specified timeframes and budgets
Project Management Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute technology-related projects
  • Utilize best practices, methodologies, and frameworks to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery
  • Assist assigned resources in meeting project requirements
  • Prepare and submit deliverables, budgets, and reports
  • Establish effective project communication and provide status updates to senior management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with IT managers and subject matter experts to define technology requirements
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for assigned projects


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires proven project management experience and the ability to work well with diverse personality types and individual business units within the organization
  • IT-Focused: The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT
  • Business Division Interactions: Proficiency in interacting with various business divisions
  • Good Writing and Oral Skills: Effective communication skills are essential
  • Presentation Skills: Experience presenting to groups of 30-40 people, including 15 division representatives
  • Interaction with Management: Comfortable working with management, leading meetings, and following up on action items
  • Experienced Project Manager: Self-motivated and experienced in project management
  • Risk Assessments: Ability to identify and address risks (preferred)
  • Adaptability: Experience in various project environments, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • ITIL Desired: Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices is preferred


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
