IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join one of our top clients. This role offers the opportunity to provide technical expertise in supporting customer implementations of products developed on the ServiceNow platform. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Platform Administrator:

- Provide technical expertise to support customer implementations of products developed on the ServiceNow platform
- Administer and support platform technologies
- Ensure overall performance, availability, and fitness of applications and environments
- This is a 3+ month contract with the possibility of extension

Required Skills for ServiceNow Platform Administrator:

- 3+ years of experience in IT or software development
- 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SSL, SAML/SSO and other such technologies
- Ability to consult and support, providing options with pros, cons, and risks
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, etc.) and working in a SaaS environment
