We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with strong communication and organizational skills, committed to delivering excellent client service. this position is on site in Mckinney Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and edit documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
• Perform data entry and assist with cost and variance analysis.
• Manage workflow and initiate follow-ups as needed.
• Organize and distribute incoming materials.
• Provide general administrative support as required.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong verbal and written communication, with a professional demeanor.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas) and PowerPoint (creating charts, animations, and embedding content).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with accounting and construction is a plus.
