Senior Director, Treasury

The Senior Director of Treasury is responsible for overseeing the company's treasury functions, including cash and investment management, liquidity planning and financing strategies. This role ensures optimal liquidity levels, effective risk mitigation, and strategic financial planning to support the company's overall objectives. The Senior Director of Treasury will lead a team of treasury professionals and work closely with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's goals.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and working capital.
  • Monitor daily cash positions and forecast future cash needs via weekly operational cash flow forecast. Collaborate with FP&A/IR and Financial Reporting teams to support cash flow budget and long-term model.
  • Strategically manage relationships with banking partners to ensure favorable terms and effective banking services including optimization of fees for credit cards, banking and tokenization.
  • Manage the company's investment portfolio with frequent strategic review with third-party banking partners in accordance with Investment Policy.
  • Develop and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Provide leadership and support to leader of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable in support of key future initiatives to elevate this function to best in class.
  • Ensure compliance with revolving credit facility including quarterly reporting obligations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of treasury professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture and serving as leader to progress the Finance function.
  • Provide guidance on professional development and career growth for team members.
The Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in treasury management or finance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are a plus.
  • Competency in data extraction, analysis and presentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
  • For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
  • Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
