Senior Manufacturing / Production Operator

Scottsdale, AZ

Contract Position

$19.13-$24.13/Hour

Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex production tasks, including repetitive and non-repetitive assembly of electronic and mechanical subassemblies (e.g., modules, boards, panels, cables).
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructions to perform wiring, component installation, soldering, and cable harnessing.
• Integrate subassemblies into final hardware, conduct basic electrical testing, and complete rework or refurbishment of systems as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Bills of Material (BOM) and manage work orders through applicable tracking systems.
• Maintain high quality standards through polarity checks, inspections, and adherence to production guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of polarity, inspection criteria, and Bills of Material (BOM).
  • Proficiency in work order tracking systems and use of measuring equipment.
  • Familiarity with wiring, soldering, and cable harnessing techniques.
