Sr. Project Manager (AMC 2.0)

Our client is seeking a dedicated Sr. Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is an integral part of the Workspace Service portfolio, with the initial priority being to lead a new mobile client deployment project. This project will encompass software packaging, overall technical and business readiness, and deployment of a new mobile client across 2600 users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects within our client's Workspace Services portfolio
- Create and maintain plans in MS Project Server, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and invoice mapping
- Perform plan and forecast analysis to identify critical paths and resource issues
- Develop a comprehensive communication plan, encompassing both internal and external project communication
- Collaborate with functional resource managers to ensure effective resourcing
- Follow our client's release management process to schedule and manage code releases
- Monitor progress of deliverables, proactively identifying risks and issues
- Interface with stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain excellent relationship management

Skills and Qualifications:
- Broad delivery management knowledge and experience, including traditional project management methodologies and agile practices
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Server
- Experience in formal techniques of risk management
- Excellent organizational skills and experience in change management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of IT delivery management experience
- PMP certification or other formal project management training preferred
- Zscaler or Network Security experience preferred
