The Enterprise Client Experience (ECE)-Device Lifecycle team is looking for a customer-obsessed technologist to join the Global Tech Organization as a Staff, Systems & Infrastructure Engineer, working alongside a team of talented technicians and client engineering teams to deliver modern experiences that associates trust to power anytime, anywhere work.
Leveraging industry-leading technology and project management practices, the Device Lifecycle team provides a ready-to-use laptop to every new hire by their first day, proactively refreshes laptops of existing associates, and supports with laptop break/fix scenarios, across all of the US Home Office domain.
You'll sweep us off our feet if:
- You have a deep technical expertise with end-user client technology such as Mac OS and Windows OS, including hands-on provisioning and break/fix experience (experience using/working with AutoPilot & Zero-touch, InTune, SCCM, and JAMF) as well as developer/coding experience to automate processes & optimize ways of working
- You're an agile leader that can communicate with, inspire, and influence others and have a track record of sharing your knowledge to help grow leaders
- You're passionate about delivering a digital experience that exceeds the expectations of our customer, the associate
- You're an analytical problem solver and strategic thinker that enjoys process improvement, storytelling and using data to make decisions

You'll make an impact by:
- Leading strategic technical decision making with various engineering, program, and leadership teams, in relation to our current roadmap and long-range plans
- Mentoring and helping to develop junior engineers
- Establishing and enforcing engineering and operational excellence best practices within the team
- Optimizing and maintaining internal team processes through automation and continuous improvement
- Identifying various KPIs to help measure the team's productivity and the end-user's experience in relation to our deliverables
- Leveraging device health data to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations to improve our device lifecycle strategy
- Increasing communication, collaboration, transparency, and throughput with cross-functional US and international partners, as well as third-party vendors
- Driving progress of our key strategic initiatives to reach team and organizational goals

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area and 4 years'experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization-related technologies.
Option 2: 6 years' experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization relatedtechnologies.

Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area and 2 Years of relevant experience in configuration management, developing automation for Provisioning and Orchestration, experience developing and managing service-level objectives (SLOs)/service level indicators (SLIs) for Infrastructure Service availability and performance, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
