Our client is seeking a Stress Testing in New York, NY.

Role Description

• Demonstrate an understanding of regulatory expectations in the area of Risk Management and Control.
• Assist in creating business requirements, with specific milestones, resourcing and dependencies to ensure deliveries across various business streams.
• Assist in tracking the project of the work to ensure delivery to plan, with appropriate escalation and resolution of blockers as needed.
• Create a clear transition to Run-the-Bank steady state.

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate degree in Finance or related discipline
• At least (5) years of experience in the Financial sector
• Understanding of US regulatory expectation in the area of Risk Management (e.g. OCC Heightened Standards; Interagency Guidance on Stress Testing; SR 15-19)
• Practical understanding of risk management and risk modelling (Market, Treasury, Credit, Operational Risk)
• Practical understanding of Stress Testing, CCAR and capital management, including Regression Modelling and Economic Capital (Simulation) mathematics
• Proven track record planning and delivering complex project plans
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines in demanding environments
• Proficient MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills, including meaningful experience with VBA
• Fluent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Strong relationship management skills, including ability to partner with and challenge senior business leaders to drive positive change
• Highest levels of attention to detail.
