Nature & Purpose of Position:The Parking and Transportation Customer Support Specialist employee has two main jobs. The first is to greet and create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients within the office either in person or over the phone. We also enforce the parking rules and regulations on SHSU campus. At the end of the day, we want to make sure that the SHSU community is informed regarding all expectations of our department and our services to be able to make the right decisions regarding their transportation and parking needs on campus. Some things you will get out of this job is working with others and customer service experience.
