Position Purpose:Leads marketing, recruitment, and yield strategies in support of growing student enrollment across Thayer School of Engineering's portfolio of degree and non-degree offerings. With an emphasis on enhancing diversity recruitment, works to increase the quality and quantity of the applicant pool for graduate programs through marketing and direct contact with potential applicants, and supports undergraduate engineering recruitment initiatives.
Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp:Bachelors plus 3-5 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
