Job Description
The Supplier Relations Field Operations Analyst role supports the Operational business function by preparing, analyzing, reporting and acting upon operational and non-compliance data as well as helps drive financial improvements by supporting inbound operations. Using computer-based decision support tools, EDI reporting tools, and mainframe will help enhance the performance and efficiency of operational functions that implement requirements.
Will act as the primary gatekeeper of all non-compliance operational issues to drive actions and results from multiple functions and will support the ongoing development and enhancement of the process to create efficiencies and results with our supplier base. This role will be responsible for developing cross-functional strategies to help mitigate supply chain costs and drive process improvements to help reduce and eliminate RQV (Receiving Quantity Variance) enhancing the customer experience. The position will also support development of standardized operating procedures, documentation and processes. This position will have direct responsibilities with twelve of our larger DC's across both the US and Canada.
