Support Engineer - Contract or CTP - Boynton Beach, FL - $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Support Engineer in Boynton Beach, FL.
Skills & Requirements
Top Skills / Requirements as follows:
• 3+ years of Application and Hardware Support Engineering in complex, enterprise environments
• Must possess experience doing root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and providing support for different applications
• Must possess experience doing root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and providing support for hardware technology, as they will be supporting microphones for doctors dictating, desktop scanners, handheld scanners to scan meds, etc.
• Must possess experience working with ticketing systems (ServiceNow highly preferred)
• Must possess strong customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide support to doctors and medical staff
Highly Preferred Skills / Requirements
• Experience doing this within healthcare / medical industry would be a plus
*This is a deskside support engineer position, this team serves as the eyes and ears to help different teams with upgrades and issues with applications. Need to know how to thoroughly troubleshoot, gather info, walk ppl through it.
Soft skills are very important to deal with the customer. Being able to keep customer up to date, follow up with them, actively being on top of it, keeping customer in mind and reassure them, even if they may not be able to fix it let them know the right person will be able to do it.
