Technical Product Owner

Our client is seeking a dedicated Technical Product Owner to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in Agile methodologies, a keen understanding of Content Management Systems, and familiarity with AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the Scrum Team always has prioritized release and sprint backlogs
- Translate visions from the Product Owner/Manager into meaningful Epics and Stories for incremental delivery
- Assist in backlog management, iteration planning, and user story grooming
- Write necessary stories to deliver functionality, including user interaction, system integration, and API level stories
- Lead story grooming sessions or requirements clarification sessions
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and identify resolution and preventative steps

Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master/TPO role
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field
- Scrum Master certification is a plus

The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen attention to detail. They will also have a deep understanding of Agile processes and principles, and the ability to use Agile metrics to enhance team productivity. This role requires a candidate who can work closely with various stakeholders to prioritize backlogs as necessary.
