Alteryx is seeking a forward-thinkingTechnology & Platforms Project Manager (Talent Experience and Development) to join our Global Employee Experience Team. This outstanding team is part of the People & Culture organization responsible for developing and implementing global learning, onboarding, talent, performance, leadership, culture, engagement, and organization development programs across Alteryx.

Reporting to the Director of Global Employee Experience, the Employee Experience Technology Program Manager will be a critical subject matter expert and contributor responsible for selecting, designing, implementing, and driving critical learning, listening, and engagement technology platforms. This role will partner closely with Program Managers on the EE team to understand needs, consult on technology solutions, and effectively implement platforms. This role will be based remotely with occasional travel to our offices in the US and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the portfolio of Employee Experience systems and initiatives from initiation to launch; manage project intake and consult with cross-functional stakeholders to establish prioritization against the roadmap
- Meet technology needs through partnership with Program Managers, influence, and collaboration across all internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, effective design and implementation of cross-functional solutions
- Collaborate with IT to create a best-in-class employee experience through integrated systems and tools; emphasize scalability and sustainability in all design decisions
- Provide guidance to internal EE Program Managers, HR Business Partners and People leaders to ensure best practices and optimization of core infrastructure; provide recommendations for adoption, enhancements, and future system capabilities
- Partner with People Operations to improve operational excellence, including strengthening project management methodology/tools, documentation, and adherence to compliance standards
- Analyze people technology industry trends and stay ahead of new innovations to inform the technology roadmap and long-term vision
- Oversee the assessment and selection of systems, as well as maintaining and strengthening vendor relationships in partnership with procurement.
- Manage day-to-day functionality and performance of the various Employee Experience technology platforms such as Cornerstone Saba (current LMS), Workday, Medallia, including developing and implementing standardized processes and procedures.
- Serve as the Learning Management System Administrator
Qualifications: - 6+ years of hands-on experience designing and leading people technology initiatives (HRIS, LMS, etc.)
- Experience leading system assessments and implementations, including project management, issue management, communications, and change management
- Expertise in Cornerstone Saba, CSOD, Workday required; experience in Medallia preferred
- Deep knowledge of HR strategy, processes, and best practices
- Experience managing vendors and strengthening external partnerships
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a global, matrixed environment
- Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working at high-growth companies and/or companies with greater scale/complexity
- Experience across other areas of HR (e.g., Recruiting, HR Operations, People Analytics)
- Experience on the IT side of enterprise technology
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in California and Colorado is between $130,000 - $145,000.
In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation, such as bonus and stock grants. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits (subject to eligibility), including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
