Temporary Office Assistant - $20-$25/hr

Job Duties:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to lenders, borrowers, colleagues, and external vendors.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail processing and distribution.
  • Review and scan checks received, preparing them for daily deposits.
  • Handle outgoing checks and ensure proper delivery to intended recipients.
  • Monitor group email inboxes and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Maintain and update shared calendars, book conference rooms, and manage organizational charts.
  • Prepare files for imaging and upload documents into the document management system.
  • Draft and send accurate first payment letters to borrowers.
  • Coordinate the loan satisfaction process for fully paid loans.
  • Order, review, and process release documents, ensuring timely execution by lenders.
  • Update and navigate servicing systems with precision and accuracy.
  • Provide operational support across various teams as needed.
  • Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of administrative or related operations experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience (experience with loan documents is a plus!).
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, manage priorities, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
Additional Info:
  • Pay: $20-$25/hr
  • Location: 100% in office
  • Schedule: 8 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday
  • Type: Temporary through January 31st
