Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple commercial interior renovation projects ($25K-$5M) from inception to completion, serving as primary point of contact for clients and superintendents
• Ensure project delivery within established timelines and budgets while maintaining quality standards
• Oversee project documentation including contracts, meeting minutes, change orders, and submittals using Procore
• Collaborate with Project Coordinator on financial aspects including payment applications and lien releases
• Review and interpret plans and specifications while supporting field and estimating staff
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while pursuing new business opportunities
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with corporate policies

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, construction-related field (i.e.: architecture, construction management, engineering) preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-4 years of Project Management experience in a Tenant Improvement/Restoration construction environment.

Knowledge & Skills

• Must be able to perform multiple tasks and handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of computer operations and standard software packages.
• Proficiency of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Able to demonstrate experience in the management of construction designs, budgets and schedules.
• Experience in delivery of projects on-time and on-budget.
• Able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with superiors, co-workers, clients and subcontractors
• Able to provide oversight and direction to junior staff

Additional Information

The annualized salary range for this role is $90,000-110,000.
