Job Summary
Under minimal supervision organizes, prepares and conducts complex training and educational programs for user personnel.
Responsibilities
- Designs and develops in-house programs to improve effectiveness in the division
- Coordinates the production of training and/or multimedia applications
- Works on all phases of training
- Lead or manage programs or projects
- Coach and mentor others
Minimum EducationBachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Minimum ExperienceFive (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment, including:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Developing training plans
- Designing training content
Desired QualificationsWorking knowledge or experience creating training content using the following:
• Articulate 360 or similar
• Adobe Captivate or similar
• Camtasia or similar
Domicile Information:This position is a hybrid role and can be based in Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA.
Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $5662.27 - $7502.51 Monthly
