The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused VinFast Sales Consultant to join our dealership, located just minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale. We are part of the Holman Automotive Group, a trusted name in the industry, and we're looking for a motivated individual to help us introduce this new EV brand to our community. In this role, you'll help customers find the perfect electric vehicle to fit their lifestyle while representing an exciting new franchise in the automotive industry.

  • Small, supportive team environment with only a few other sales consultants.
  • Competitive commission-based pay: our Sales Consultants typically earn $80,000+ annually in their first year, with higher earning potential as you grow in the role.
  • A dealership that is closed on Sundays, giving you guaranteed time to recharge.
  • Exciting new EV models launching early 2025.
  • Competitive lease deals to make selling even easier.

What will you do?

- Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude and create a welcoming showroom experience.

- Perform a needs analysis including make, model, and features of the desired vehicle.

- Educate customers about Vinfast's EV lineup, features, and technology.

- Research availability of models and optional equipment using a computer database.

- Assist customers through the entire sales process, from vehicle selection to finalizing the sale or lease.

- Work with Sales and F&I managers to negotiate sale and requirements for financing or vehicle lease.

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.

- Accurately complete all paperwork, including customer information, sales contracts, financing agreements, and any other related documentation.

-Collaborate with the team to meet dealership sales goals and deliver exceptional results.

What are we looking for?

- Passion for EVs, technology, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

- A strong drive to achieve personal and dealership sales goals.

- A proven ability to sell and close deals effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

- Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn dealership systems.

- Flexibility to work retail hours as required.

- Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average monthly pay of $3,000-$10,000 with earning potential based on your personal performance.
