We are looking for a Web and SEO/SEM Specialist with a background in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) to join our dynamic team. As the web specialist you will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of social media platforms. In this role you will improve our online presence and drive organic and paid traffic, develop and implement comprehensive strategies incorporating SEO, coordinate digital advertising SEM campaigns, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A Day in the Life:
  • Build, manage, and coordinate translation projects within AEM, ensuring efficient workflow and quality output.
  • Author and edit content directly in AEM, ensuring that all published content meets the company's quality and brand standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter authority on AEM, providing mentorship and support to team members and partners.
  • Generate programmatic/display and/or paid search media plans to achieve campaign objectives, setting business targets.
  • Forecast and manage campaign budgets and monitor success through analytics, driving new customer contacts and re-targeting opportunities.
  • Analyze results, identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations to exceed goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to support corporate and division campaigns, driving leads acquisition and incremental revenue.
  • Manage campaign setup procedures and ensure accurate and successful campaign activation.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Be responsible for determining KPIs, setting targets and reporting on social media channel performance
  • Monitor platform performance and apply data analysis techniques to evaluate product and market performance, making data-driven decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and maintenance, ensuring high availability and reliability of social media channel execution.
  • Establish standard methodologies for efficient campaign execution, driving maximum return on investment and increasing conversions from campaigns.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies (using platforms such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Moz)
  • Analyze web data such as user behavior, campaign performance, and social media engagement to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors for SEO audits, content creation, link building, SEM management tools, and other digital marketing services.
Keys to Success:

  • Develop and supervise an optimized SEO/SEM strategy to drive engagement and customer acquisition.
  • Build and implement social media campaigns that are creative and innovative in both design and execution.
  • Ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally driving collaboration and communication across functions.
  • Ensure brand compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with PDX, SDG and corporate policies.
  • Documents PDX regulatory approval in system.
Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, SEM and web.
  • Specialization and/or experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Experience running digital advertising campaigns using SEM platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Experience in building, analyzing, and reporting on web and campaign programs as well as traffic performance on websites/blogs
  • Experience forecasting budget for campaigns and initiatives, managing spend
  • Proficiency in using platforms such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Moz.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Experience in a regulated environment and or life sciences preferred.
  • Passion for driving digital marketing excellence.

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% including occasional weekends and international travel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to advise marketing strategies and optimize execution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that lend to effective cross-functional teamwork.
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to prioritize and run multiple initiatives simultaneously, while ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
